The Founder

Asli Solmaz-Kaiser, CEO and Founder of iComplai, has 14 years of experience in the product safety industry and has acted as a member of the German National Product Safety Committee (Ausschuss für Produktsicherheit unter BAuA). She has been influential in developing safety test requirements for connected technologies like wearable products, drones and smart home devices. Before founding iComplai, she has managed businesses up to €100M+ and lead product development and innovation in the largest testing and certification companies worldwide.

Coming from an entrepreneurial family, Asli loves innovation and growth. She has started with her entrepreneurial activities at the age of 16 and has not stopped looking for new opportunities since then.

Her vision with iComplai is to simplify the product risk assessment and monitoring for quality managers and support the safe development of competitive products.
