What is a VACCP vulnerability assessment?

VACCP (Vulnerability Assessment and Critical Control Points) is the food-fraud counterpart to HACCP: a systematic, documented assessment of how vulnerable each raw material is to economically motivated adulteration, required by GFSI-benchmarked standards such as BRCGS, IFS and FSSC 22000.
